Our customer identity verification provider will be carrying out scheduled maintenance over the weekend of 18–19 July 2026. This may affect new customers completing ID verification during that period.

What to expect

  • If you are waiting for an invitation, there may be a short delay in receiving your ID verification request.
  • If you have already received your invitation, you may be unable to complete verification until services return to normal.
  • No action is needed. Once services resume, any outstanding invitations will be sent automatically and ID verification can be completed as normal.
